The following is a price guide to the different services of Friendly Computer Help. There will be more items added as the business grows. Senior discounts (10% off normal price) apply to anybody 55 years of age or older. There are some products and services that do not qualify the senior price. Senior prices are only for individual people. Businesses, clubs, and other organizations do not qualify for the senior discount.

- Simple (assignments that don't take very long to do): $51

- Proofreading:
- Proofreading websites: $78 per website.
- Blog proofreading (short posts): $6 per post.
- Blog proofreading (long posts): $12 per post

- Documents of 10 to 100 pages: $60

- Documents of more than 300 pages: Add $12 for each group of up to 9 pages.

You are not charged by how long it takes us to do the transcription, but by the length of the transcription itself.
While in most cases, we will not charge for silence or static, we will charge for any other type of sound on the audio whether or not you want that particular audio transcribed (for example; music or general chit chat in the background.
If there are more than five minutes of silence or static on the beginning or end of the audio, we will charge for the complete audio. For example, if you send us an audio that contains an hour of blank space or static, we will charge for the entire length of the audio, including the part where nothing is said or heard.
- Creating websites: $400.
- Maintaining websites:
We have two website maintenance packages (basic and complete). Here is the information for both of them.
- Basic maintenance package: $45 a month per website:
Basic maintenance only includes proofreading and basic changes (for example, a simple color change, changing a code, or changing text). If what you want requires us to have to put in a lot of extra hours to make the desired changes for your site (for example, creating buttons for a rollover effect, new images, merging images, and creating slideshows), we will have to charge an assignment fee. The reason we have to do this is to justify the time it takes to create this items since the basic maintenance cost alone does not cover anywhere near the time it takes for this work.
- Complete maintenance package: $150 per month per website.
This package includes everything the basic website maintenance package has, but also includes research and assignments.

For both website packages, we do charge for reimbursement if we have to purchase or renew something that the client wants or needs such as a domain, template, or website hosting provider if the client opts to create a separate account or use a different provider than the one we currently use. If you decide not to use the maintenance, we are not responsible for the website if it goes down. If any changes you make will be $44 each time you make a change. Also, if the website goes down for any reason, it will be $44 to get it back up and running.
- Giving/Teaching Classes/Seminars on areas that we know: $39 a person.
- Attending a live class: $39 per persion
- Purchasing a digital download of the class (if available): $15
- Purchasing a CD of the class (if available: $18

Photography
Photography shoots and special event shoots will be charged in block periods of time. The prices are per day. If an event is more than one day, the price charged will be the total amount of hours worked for each individual day added together. The following is the current prices for these services.
- Less than 1 hour: $150
- One to thre and a half hours: $250
- four to seven and a half hours: $450
- Eight or more hours: $800
- If we need to hire anybody else for the event, an additional charge of $20 per person or what the person charges us (whichever is more) will be added to the bill.
- If a permit is required, the cost of the permit will be added to the bill.
- Photo shoots include access to a digital gallery as soon as the gallery is ready. Once the photos are processed, the client (the person who hired us) will receive three 8x10 prints and three wallet size (4x6) prints of their choosing as well as their choice of one mat print (up to 11x14), one notebook, OR one deck of cards containing photos of the event. The physical products can be the client's choosing of different photos or multiple copies of the same photo.
Note: Playing cards are hand cut. Because of that, we cannot guarantee perfect symmetry. However, we have tested them and have not had any problems shuffling them.
For photo shoots where photo products might not be appropriate (such as school yearbook photos), the client will get a 10% off coupon off ONE future service OR product of their choice (coupons cannot be used for other coupons).
- Prints of individual photos can be purchased at $2 per photo paper print of sizes 8.5x11 or smaller, $5 per photo paper print of large sizes, and $10 for extra large sizes). Other types of prints (such as canvas, acrylic, and metal) are available for what it costs us to get them printed plus 5%.
- The average processing time is seven to fourteen days depending on how many photographs are taken and how many other assignments and/or photo shoots we have.

Slideshow creation
- Up to 50 images or silent videos (it can be a combination of images and silent videos): $90
- 51 to 300 images or silent videos: $150
- 301 to 500 images or silent videos: $250
- More than 500 images or silent videos: Add $21 for every 50 images or silent videos
- If the slideshow is part of a photography shoot package, take off 50% from the above slideshow prices.
- Adding background music (music must either be public domain or have permission obtained by whoever owns the copyright to the music - some music has more than one copyright holder in which case permission must be obtained by all copyright holders):
If music is public domain: $6
If music is not public domain: $6 plus the copyright holder's royalty fees.
- Photo digitizing without restoration
- Less than 50 images: $45
- 50 to 500 images: $90
- 501 to 2,000 images: $120
- More than 2,000 images: Add $12 for every 50 images
