Electronics Services

If you have a coupon or gift certificate, please let us know. When you purchase an item, there will be an option to leave us a note.
In the note, let us know that you have a coupon. We will respond via email as soon as possible. As soon as you get our email, please send us the coupon via email and we will give you a refund in the amount of the coupon. If the coupon is for an amount that is more than the item costs, we will give you a refund in the amount of the item plus another coupon in the amount that is left from the original coupon.

Electronics services include showing a customer how to use an electronic device (ie: computer, mobile phone, gaming console, VCR, DVD player, etc), IT maintenance and support, and helping people find the best quality electronic device, accesory, or peripheral for the best price.

We also have a monthly payment option. If you would like the monthly payment option, just send us an email and we will bill you on a monthly basis.

IT Support and Maintenance

NOTE: If you use our services for IT Support, we do have an $8 fee if you are late without notifying us (preferably by phone since each employee has a different individual contact number, we will inform you of the contact information when you make the appointment). The call MUST BE BEFORE the time the appointment is scheduled to start. If you are late without calling or if you call after the start time, you will be charged the late fee. Also, if you schedule IT Support within 3 days notice, a last minute fee of $8 does apply.


Transcriptions are the closest services we have to per hour. The charge is per audio minute. That means that however many minutes the audio file is, that is what the charge is going to be. For example, if the audio file you send is thirty minutes long, the charge will be $27 whether it takes us an hour or five hours to finish it. In most cases, we will not charge for complete silence or static at the beginning or the end of the audio, but we do have to charge for any type of actual sound on the audio regardless of whether or not you want that type of audio (ie: music, general chit chat, etc) transcribed. However, if there is more than five minutes of complete silence on the beginning of the audio or the end of the audio file, we will have to charge for the entire file. For example, if the audio file you send has an hour of blank space, we will have to charge for the whole audio. We apologize for any inconvenience.
